At the digital agency Mirabeau, I work since 2019 interchangeably as a service, experience or interaction designer. I’ve worked with clients like Sanofi, Deutsche Telekom, AXA, Philips, and more – designing for screen/voice/virtual reality, conducting user research and testing, facilitating workshops, creating concepts and prototypes, defining information architectures, leading small design teams, and transforming tech-driven to human-centric projects – placing value first.

 

It’s my responsibility to connect the dots between business objectives, people’s needs and technical feasibility; in doing so, I embrace experimentation and I’m not afraid to be wrong. I fall in love with challenges, and challenge my teams and stakeholders with questions – to be a trusted advisor to clients and to deliver simple yet delightful solutions to their customers.
